We are here on Jan31 and our waitress Chandra did an amazing job. The food was great and we were served promptly and with a great attitude!!! It was a great outing for all 15 of us!

First time at Johnny's for a special event/ fundraiser. Great atmosphere and ambience and the servers were very attentive and friendly. Normally for an event like this I don't get excited for the food -- it's the fundraiser that's the most important thing. But woah, hold the phone -- the food was fantastic! A juicy, perfectly cooked steak, well seasoned green beans, and mashed potatoes. I enjoyed every bite and will be back to try the restaurant soon!

We love Johnny's. We stopped in Thursday and our food was perfect. Chandra, our server, was amazing. I recommend this place to people all the time.

Tabitha is the manager of this wonderful steakhouse and embodies customer service the way it should be! We really just wanted cream for our coffee the next morning but were told that was not possible. Tabitha made it happen and because of her we came back a week later on our way home. We love this hotel and apparently many people do because they are sold out and the restaurant/bar are first class Thank you Lynn and Ruben Mendoza

Very good food. We went for a later lunch and we were seated right away and our food came quickly. The chicken panini was so good with just the perfect amount of sauce and the steak sandwich was cooked to perfection!

Johnny's Italian steakhouse I thought I'd try a late lunch at Johnny's walked in and I heard Frank Sinatra on the speakers and then segued into a little Louis Armstrong so I thought this could be really good. It's always nice to hear Little jazz in the background for a change. Restaurants and bars are also about expectations, what type of bar and restaurant are you going to? And everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The restaurant itself has classic type vibe, with lots of polished dark wood. I can say as a single person that it's also welcoming The hostess was very gracious set me right away and the waiter (Jordan) also was very good. I looked at the table as I sat down and there was a class container like an old school sugar container with a spoon except it contained fresh shaved Parmesan cheese, the salt and pepper had small grinders attached to each one, and a little bottle of olive oil, to complete the initial ambiance.I know it's inside the Hilton hotel and it reminds me of the old Hiltons and the style and grace that used to define their difference. I had a side salad instead of fries with my sandwich it was served right away with a very tasty balsamic dressing it also had an Italian pepper and fresh grated Parmesan cheese in it. I asked for just one piece of bread and it was outstanding you can really taste that it was Italian, and found out they baked their own bread. The sandwich I ordered...."The ultimate Italian beef sandwich" came and and it lived up to its name in the menu. The meat was shaved prime rib that the restaurant makes itself every week for the prime rib dinner and then they save some for sandwiches during the week. It was outstanding. The peppers and onions that they put on the sandwich were also freshly roasted you could tell they were just cut and then roasted and put on the sandwich. They also put some of their house-made spicy giardiniera and provolone cheese on a toasted baguette. It really takes Italian beef to a new level. There's lots of other traditional Italian dishes on the menu as well and some other sandwiches and steaks of course so I think there's plenty of choices for a late lunch. Of course the prices are a little higher but I think it reflects in the quality of the food in the service. It reminds me of back in the day of some old school Italian steakhouses that I was in in little Italy in Cleveland, Chicago, and old Los Vegas.
